Magnetic Bit Holder for 1/4" Hex Allen Bits - Metric

Install the 6x3mm magnets by putting the magnet on the back of the 1/4" hex shank and press it into the pocket in the print.

Which file(s) to print?

For single color printers:

• "Metric Bit Holder.stl" - embossed size labels for single color printers
• "10 Bit Holder Unlabeled.stl" - no labels in case you're using different sized bits

For multi-color printers: import all three files as single object with multiple parts

• "Metric Bit Holder.stl"
• "Metric Numbers.stl"
• "Metric Text.stl"

For adding your own labels:

• “10 Bit Holder Unlabeled.step”

Print settings

• The text looks best with 0.08mm layer height but is still totally readable at 0.2mm layer height. Enable adaptive layer height for the best of speed and quality
• I like to use fuzzy skin with a point distance of 0.1mm and skin thickness of 0.1mm to give it a nice texture that hides the layer lines and makes PETG look a little more matte
