pneumatic holder filament

filament guide for pneumatic fitting. Fits MK3 and MK4. Does require a simple support from bed only. Variation of @JeanFrancoisTheoret that makes more space for the extruder in the biggest prints where extruder is at top z level. M10 kit from amazon https://a.co/d/7ROUyhy. New version uses some spare stuff I had from sunlu and prusa. Sunlu sends the filament dryer  box with some spare teflon tubes. Prusa MK4 has spare M3x16 and an M3n nut (that one is thin so I don't think you can use any M3 nut unfortunately.

So now there are 2 parts since the head is a bit more complicated to print.

original model is in the way when extruder is in top level. Also added the “original” snap to the frame fitting.
