Description

An universal set of crates of several sizes. These can be stacked together and have slots to add signs to know, whats inside. Signs can either printed from the included files or added with handwritten paper with 29mm width and 28mm length. If you want to design your own signs and keep up my design, use the font “Arial Rounded MT Bold”.

You'll also find covers for all sizes.

2024-03-04: 

  • added inlays and signs for CFexpress and SD memory cards and USB flash drives

2024-03-27: 

  • corrected a miscalculation on crates with length 2. Older L2-crates could only be stacked with L1-W1-crates, when the signs were always on the outer sides.
  • added spacers to allow to use inlays in wider and/or longer crates
  • added M.2 inlay

Also included are inlays for the following:

  • AAAA-batteries (requires height 1,5)
  • AAA-batteries (requires height 1,5)
  • AA-batteries (requires height 2,0)
  • 9V-batteries (requires height 2,0)
  • CR2032-batteries (requires height 1,0)
  • CR2-batteries (requires height 1,0)
  • CR123A-batteries (requires height 1,5)
  • 18650-batteries (requires height 2,5)
  • CFexpress memory cards of type A and B (requires height 1,5)
  • M.2 modules (depending on the length of your modules, 2280 needs height 3.0)
  • SD and microSD (TF) memory cards (requires height 1,0)
  • USB- and USB-C-flash drives (height depending on the length of your USB-Flashdrives)

You'll also find a template file to help you, create your own inlays. Feel also free to request inlays using the comment-area.

Print Settings

  • Resolution: 0,2
  • Infill: 15%
  • Filament: Any, but be aware of warping materials. Some parts may not fit anymore. I recommend PETG or PLA.
  • Raft: For inlays that are not closed at the bottom, use a brim to ensure adhesion to the printbed.
  • Supports: For the wider and longer crates, supports are recommended.
