#0142 [REMIX] Vent Flap with Vanes

This vent flap includes vanes that direct heated air to flow more downward to help better circulate the heated air.

DISCLAIMER: 

THIS IS AN UNTESTED PROTOTYPE. I've published this upon request from a user to help address the problem of the heated air (from the award-winning design from @lars) staying too high in the enclosure. If you are downloading, you acknowledge that you will be testing it out and I hope you will give some feedback.  It has not been optimized and no guarantees that this version will work as is.
 

If you are willing to collaborate to give feedback from your testing, I can try to iterate the design to get it to work well, but it might also prove unworkable in which case we can abandon it for other options.

Printing Notes:

1. The hinge area needs supports.  
2. One of the vanes may also need supports.
3. Print using a high temp material such as ABS/ASA/PC.  PLA and PETG will not survive the higher temps coming out of the heater.
