Xerses Remix/Remake - P1S USB Cable Management Cover

UPDATE 2024-03-08 - Version 2.0 of this make adds a 1mm x 1.25mm edge at the bottom of the cover, to help ease installation on the printer. It keeps the bottom edge 1mm outside of the space being covered, but keeps it lined up perfectly straight with the edge. Do not force version 2.0 completely into the opening it is covering, this is meant to line up and hold the bottom edge 1mm outside of the space being covered.

This cover fits inside the top front of the Bambu Lab P1S, just to the right of the USB port (when facing the printer). There are 4 holes on the top of this cover plate and each lines up with a pin inside the top edge of the printer. Line up the first hole and pin, press it in, then work your way over, pressing each pin into the cover plate. The bottom edge should be a pretty tight fit but it snugs up nicely. This keeps any cables for your LED lights out of the way of your print head when printing large items.

Printed in black Sunlu PETG at 0.2 Standard with default settings in the Bambu slicer.

I printed the original Bambu Lab P1S USB Cable Management Plate by PrinttX, but unfortunately it is about 1.25mm too tall and does not fit the P1S. It may be that it was originally designed for the P1P, which may be slightly different.

I remade the design from scratch in Tinkercad, basically copying the design but reducing the height by 1.25mm so it can fit the P1S.
