headphone stand remix with honeycomb sides

printing:

for a nice finish print the base upside down on a textured sheet.

the stands with the outsides facing down for this i also used the textured sheet.

the top i have printed with the back facing down to improve the text quality.

for the prints i have used supports on the base and  the top. 

assembly:

the stands bolt to the base using 4pc m3x16 sockethead bolt and 4pc m3 nut.

the top part simply slides on, this one has a tight tolerance and should fit snug.

design:

the design (seize) is based in my rig headset this makes the stand quite big. 

if the stand is to high there is still an option to design a different lowered head.

i hope you like this design and would love to see some makes.

a honeycomb design needed to be made of the original so here it is ;-P.

i have changed the sides to a honeycomb pattern.
