This is my take on cheap, improvised hand saws which may be useful for your 3d printing workshop or due to their small size and low weight as a camping tool.
It uses 2 M4x10 bolts and nuts, however to further simplify it, using superglue to join the halves would be possible.
I definitely recommend using a 0.25mm layer height as all parameters are designed with this in mind for a snug fit with the sawblade. I tested it with a short KWB blade and a longer Bosch Professional blade.
You may want to use more perimeters than usual for this model so that the screws won't damage the part.
