A lego-style head and helmet designed as a car/motorcycle/bicycle valve cap. This is oversized so about twice the size of genuine lego minifigure parts.

Notes:
This will print better/faster with very thick walls (8 is good). The overhang above the face piece of the helmet will print adequately without supports.
eSun yellow is a good match to yellow lego.
Tinmorry Red or Royal Blue look good for helmets
You might need to snip off some stray filament if you print the helmet without support.
The head will push firmly into the helmet without glue. It's a tight fit but not difficult. The base of the helmet is slightly rounded and the head is cone-topped to make this easier. The tabbed side forces alignment.
The final diameter of the cap is almost 20mm, so some wheel trims might interfere with this.
I've scaled up a lego minifigure helmet and modified the interior to be a simpler cone-topped cavity with a tab on one side, to prevent the head from rotating.
The head is a simple cylinder with a cone top, and a hollow centre to approximate a valve stem diameter. The head would not look correct without the helmet.
7th Mar 2024 - Uploaded a new Head "v6" part with threaded inner hole. This might fit your valve stem more easily. It's compatible with the existing Helmet "v5" part.
