This is a housing for the ESP32 board WT32-SC01 with 320x480px LCD and two sensors:
- SEN5X (PM, VOC, Temp, Humidity, NOX) - all SEN53, 54 and SEN55 have the same form factor
- SenseAir S8 (CO2)
The back cover is holding the sensors in place /locking them, no need to use hot glue.
Screws needed:
4x M3x6 for the WT32-SC01
4x M3x20 for closing the housing with the back cover
Assembly:
The holes for screwing the back cover on are designed with 2.5mm (M3 core diameter) - best cut a M3 thread into it after printing.
Then slip the WT32-SC01 at first underneath the upper holders, push it further up until the board is free to slip underneath the lower holders. Push it back down in place and set the M3x6 screws.
The SEN5X just needs to be pushed into its grooves in the bottom and back plate. It's a snug fit and will be locked by the back cover.
Printing:
Printed in PLA with 15% Infill. Support needed.
The back cover should be printed upward standing with support, just like the main housing, to match the appearance of the layers to the main housing.
Software:
This unit is running with ESPEasy. I recommend to get the WT32-SC01 (not plus!) with 16MB flash.
At this time, a plugin for the SEN5X is under development, so it's not finished yet.
If you want to build the same unit, more and updated information can be found in this ESPEasy forum thread.
