Printed on a Bambu labs machine, so the tolerances are pretty tight. Maybe you need to adapt the model a bit.
To mount it, you need to remove a snap ring on the outside (which is pretty easy) and a snap ring on the inside (which is not easy)
Then you need to press out the original bit holder, which is scary but doable. Then press the bit holder into the plastic part (if you use a rapidaptor, push until you reach the metal ring).
Afterwards push the plastic part into the bearing, make sure to support the inner bearing race while pressing it in. You should feel it reach the stop, then you can add the snapring back.
Then put the parts back together and you should be done.
If something is still unclear, feel free to ask!
The author remixed this model.
I didn't like that the original doesn't retain the bearing anymore, so I made it more in the style of the original, supporting using the snap-ring. There is support designed in for the snap-ring groove which you need to remove, see the image.
