Bowden Compression Fitting

I used PLA, 100% infill, 0.4 line width, 0.08 layer height, support threshold angle of 10 to prevent supports on threads, and mouse ear brims to hold the ferules.

Remixed the 2mm exit version to have a space for the tube to sit flush against.
