Prusa Steel Sheet Holder For IKEA IVAR Shelf

Surprisingly, this model can hold both the Prusa MK* (255mm wide) and MINI (190mm wide) sheets.  The holes on the IVAR shelf happen to be spaced about 190mm and 255mm apart from each other, making this work out nicely.

There are two “rails” for the sheet to slide in, the outer is 1mm and the inner is 1.5mm as the PEI sheet is thicker than the textured and satin sheets.  So, make sure your PEI sheet is closest to the shelf.

Printed with a 0.4mm nozzle, 0.2mm layers and no supports, but I expect other combinations can work as well.  You'll need to print three pegs and knock off a little of the bridging at the top of the holes so the pegs insert properly.

The top bracket is a bit “loose”, but that helps with variations in shelves, the sheets, etc.
