The Sunlu S4 has 6mm rubber pad. As well as not being particularly effective, they also easily fall off.
These are adapters to allow the use of larger diameter feet pads. Two versions are included: one designed for 20mm diameter 3M Bumpon pads, and one designed for 25mm sorbothane discs; although any suitable 20mm or 25mm pad should work (you could even print your own using TPU or similar). Obviously if not using a self adhesive pad (such as from 3M) you will need to attach the pad with glue, double sided tape or other adhesive.
The adapter clips onto the metal bars of the S4. There is a small nub which clips into the indent for the original 6mm feet to hold the adapter in place, so you will need to remove the existing 6mm feet (if they haven't already fallen off!), and any residue of the adhesive.
