Trident Ender 3 screen mod

I didn't want to buy a new screen for my Ender 3 trident conversion and I was able to find a switchwire conversion where someone had already done the hard work.

I only uploaded the stl for the modified mount since it was the only part I touched but the rest of the lcd are in the linked github for the SW conversion. Alternatively I also included the cad for the full lcd case and you can grab them from there.

I modified the part grill_front_middle_Ender_screen from the original to mount to a 2020 extrusion and also widened it a bit to fit better between the stock Trident skirts.
