Distance Block for Bosch Jigsaw

When using the Bosch guide rail (Bosch FSN) together with the jigsaw, you must always take into account a distance dimension, because the saw blade does not run exactly along the edge of the guide rail. 

This is 49mm for my jigsaw (GST 12V-70).

To not always have to calculate this dimension. I have designed spacers that can simply be clicked onto the FSN guide rail. The edge from the blocks are then applied to the desired dimension, and the cut fits perfectly.

Before printing, it is useful to make a test cut and measure the distance.

If your dimension differs from the 49mm, you will need to adjust the model in Fusion 360. The file for this is also uploaded.

The dimension is controlled by a parameter. To change the dimension, simply call up the context menu via Change > Change parameter and enter the desired dimension. 
The last sketch in the design flow is for the embossed figure. This would also need to be adjusted.

For printing, the top side (the one with the number) must be on the print bed.

Wenn man die Bosch Führungsschiene (Bosch FSN) zusammen mit der Stichsäge verwendet, muss man immer ein Abstandsmaß berücksichtigen, da das Sägeblatt nicht genau an der Kante der Führungsschiene entlangläuft. 

Dies sind bei meiner Stichsäge (GST 12V-70) 49mm.

Um dieses Maß nicht immer berechnen zu müssen. Habe ich Distanzstücke entworfen, die einfach auf die FSN-Führungsschiene geklickt werden können. Die Kante von den Klötzen werden dann an das gewünschte Maß angelegt, und der Schnitt passt perfekt.

Vor dem Druck ist es sinnvoll, einen Testschnitt zu machen und die Distanz zu messen.

Wenn das Maß bei Ihnen von den 49mm abweichen sollte, müssen Sie das Modell in Fusion 360 anpassen. Die Datei hierzu ist ebenfalls hochgeladen. 

Das Maß wird über einen Parameter gesteuert. Zum Ändern des Maßes einfach über Ändern > Parameter Ändern das Kontextmenü aufrufen und das gewünschte Maß eintragen. 
Die letzte Skizze im Konstruktionsverlauf ist für die geprägt Zahl. Diese müsste ebenfalls angepasst werden.

Für den Druck muss die Oberseite (die mit der Zahl) auf dem Druckbett liegen.
