I made a simple design that can be printed flat and provided a strong lanyard hole. 

designed so their one infill layer so you can get the best results on your top surface.
45 degree overhangs so no need for supports.

Print Recommendations

• Lay Flat on Back
• 0.2 Layer heigher
• 4 Walls
• 20% infill (I went honeycomb)
• 2 Bottom Layer & 2 Top Layers this gives you one infill layer so you get a smoother top surface.
