Design

This nozzle tray has labeled partitions for nozzles going from 0.2 to 1 mm, with an aditional partition for creality style 0.4 mm nozzles. I had a few of those still laying around :). By sliding the sled to whatever size you have installed, you'll know what nozzle to slice for at a glance.

Print settings

  • line width: 0.4 mm
  • layer height: 0.2 mm
  • enable supports for the hook running along the top
  • print the tray with the labels facing upwards
  • print the sled laying on the side

Assembly

You'll also need:

  • 2x M4 x 12 countersunk screws (DIN 7991)
  • 2x M4 T-slot nuts (EU20)

The sled should just snap around the tray. The tolerance of 0.25 mm between tray and sled should allow for easy movement of the sled. Then you can mount it to the to top extrusion of your Ender-3. The hook along the top will hold it in place, while you install the two screws on either side

Have fun printing!

If you want to support what I'm doing, you can buy me a coffee. I appreciate it!
