I needed a compact box for some screwdriver bits I keep in one of my bags, so I decided to design/overengineer one that fits my need.
My goals were to design something that takes up little space, had no rattle and had a lid that doubled as a container for screws and as a stand when the box is open and had an open bottom so I could either push out bits that way, or add the one I always forget in my screwdriver without opening the box.
I also wanted to experiment a bit with combining different materials in one project., so I decided for a combination of PLA and TPU parts.
The base version consists of 3 pieces, a lid, a casing and a TPU holder for the bits themselves.
Included are a closed bottom version for people who prefer that, and a so far untested one-piece combination of the holder/casing part.
Also added a lid to fit 2" bits.
