Yet Another Hidden Headphone Hanger ( YAHHH ) V2 Big headphones friendly

It took me a while to post it, but here is a new version of my hidden headphone hanger.

The most notable difference is a slight lip at the edge of the hanger, preventing your precious headphones from falling (ask me how I know…). I also added a slight inset where the screw head will sit once mounted. 

As V1 was made in AutoCAD, I re made it from scratch in Fusion 360, if you want to remix it, the STEP file is included. There are still a few sharp edges, but none that could damage your headphone's headband.

It can be mounted under anything, with any 3mm screw, but countersunk ones were in mind when I designed it. A passthrough hole for your screwdriver is baked into the model.

Printability shouldn't be a problem for anyone. I printed mine in Sunlu PLA+ with a .4mm nozzle, 60° bed temp, 215° hotend temp.
 

Print settings I used for mine : 

• .2mm layer height
• 3 walls ( 1.2mm )
• 3 top/bottom layers
• 15% infill, any type should be fine
• No supports
• 3 skirt lines, no brim
