Short lens hood for CANON EF/EFS - 58 mm ø lenses

Compatibility

This design fits CANON EF/EFS lenses with a diameter of 58 mm.

This hood is 20 mm long, and works well for a wide range of focal distances.

We tested them on the following lenses:

• CANON Zoom Lens EF-S 18-55 mm 1:3.5-5.6 IS II
• CANON Zoom Lens EF 75-300 mm 1:4-5.6 III

Using an EOS 1300D (sensor size 14.9 x 22.3 mm).

Printing

This part does not require support materials. We printed it in matte black PLA, at 0.2 mm layer height.

Optionally, there's a detachable accent color ring you can snap-fit at the base of the hood as a decoration.
