20-Series End Caps

Between brands of extrusion there are small dimensional differences which make some models of end caps not fit properly, especially if utilizing the center hole. My model addresses this by creating a wedge-fit which does not gall when hammered in place and fits brands of extrusion purchased directly from the 80/20 website, plus several other Chinese brands purchased via Amazon or Matterhackers.

The Solidworks model is attached for you to array in any pattern needed, parametrically adjusting fit as necessary.
