Pendant Lamp - Square Design

- Manufactured on basic FDM 3d printer.
- Accommodate bulb with e26/e27 thread. 
- Maximum size of bulb diameter 60mm for adapter with frame marked as A60
- Mounted on low-cost bulb cord like IKEA HEMMA
- Recommend use only LED bulbs up to 13W. that is limitation of PLA and PTEG material.
- Possibility to assemble two lamp designs with one or two shade.
- Universal Mounting system allow combine shade designs on standard adapter.
- Lamp components are design to fit MK3S printing bed with maximus Z dimension 210mm
- SLICER project files are share with parts setup
- Printing time on mk3s is about 7 hours for big parts like shades or  adapter with frame.
 

Possible lamp configurations:

Big Lamp from two shades:

• Use part: Adapter 140 frame

Lamp with one shade and closed bottom:

• Use part: Adapter 12 frame

Lamp with one shade open bottom:

• Use part: Adapter 12

Bottom part

Configure slicer setting for lamp bottom part to get different part function.

•  translucent - no bottom layer and only 1 top layer, change Minimum shell thickness to 0mm , 

• directional grid lens  - In Slicer set no top and bottom layers  only infill. Sample is with grid infill on 30 percent for fine pattern

Lamp shade 

designed for vase mode print. Size 150x150x210 MK3S+

Recommended number of bottom layers 8 - 12 for strong shade base in vase mode

Layer change after first layers for base. Base from transparent material for more light to ceiling.
