Fan shroud to mount an Noctua NF-A4x10 to an LSI 9300-8i HBA. Design idea copied from @BlackHornet_355398's fan shroud here: https://www.printables.com/model/377809-lsi-9300-16i-noctua-nf-a9x14-fan-shroud
I have a LSI 9300-8i, but this should work for other variants of the card such as 9300-4i and 9300-8e based on pictures of them having similar heatsinks. The heatsink measures about 43.3mm square and 11mm thick. Also it looks like there is about 1.5mm between the heatsink and PCB. For LSI 9300-16i see @BlackHornet_355398's design above.
If you notice the fit is kind of loose, there is also a tighter version that is exactly 40mm around the heatsink, instead of 40.3mm: lsi_9300-8i_40mm_heatsink-noctua_nf-a4x10_fan_mount.stl
I left cutouts on 2 sides for different cable routing options. Can also rotate it around and the cutouts will be on the underside. Also included an option for NF-A4x20 but I don't have one to test fitment.
I printed with support enforcers on the 2 overhangs that go under the heatsink using Smart Fill and Organic Supports. PETG recommended.
