All screw holes are .157", to be compatible with an m4 bolt. The corner pieces have a screw hole to be fixed to the aluminum extrusions. Acrylic sheets are 1/8" thick.

This was built with 1" aluminum extrusions in each corner. May be substitued for dowels or 2x4. I have also been experimenting with 3d printed aluminum extrusion look alike with much success.

I included supports to be used to support the acrylic if you are using ¾" thick plywood. If not, delete plates 1 and 4, or the ones labeled “34 plywood”.

I have been working on the official handle, hinges, and spool holder, and those will be released at a separate date.

Included aswell is a step file to serve as an interactive plan.
