Darrieus Savonius Turbine Ver.2 Remix

Thanks to astfaellergerald for the Vertical Windturbine Ver. 2.

I like version 2 (NEW P1-5) by astfaellergerald very much, but cleaning and gluing all the parts takes some work. I've been contemplating putting the top and bottom halves together and printing them as one piece. Printed the windturbine parts out of PLA and glued them together with two-component glue.
I wanted to mount the windturbine on a rod (tube), so I changed the bearing. I printed the hub from PETG with 4 walls, 0.44mm line width, 40% infill. The hub fits on a 25mm rod, or with the sleeve on a 22mm rod. If you want to mount the hub on a different rod diameter, you can adapt the sleeve with a horizontal hole extension (Cura). With the collar and M3 screws and nuts you can fix the axis if necessary. For the hub, I recommend a test print sunk by 105 mm in Z. Then measure the inner diameter (22 mm) and compensate for the possible deviation with a horizontal hole extension (Cura).
An axle 8x350 mm ball bearing 608ZZ 8x22x7 mm is required

Assembly:
In the fourth picture you can see how the bearing is assembled. A gray bearing is inserted into the Nabe (orange) from above, then the two Distanz56 (yellow) and the second bearing (grey) are inserted.
On the wind wheel, drill out parts P3, 4 and 5, the middle hole to 8 mm. Glue the windmill together, then insert the 8x350 axle flush into the windmill up to the top. Drill out the following parts with 8 mm, then attach the Stellring (dark blue), Distanz5 (green), Dach (light blue) and Distanz5 (green) from below. Now put the wind wheel with the axle in the bearing.

I printed all the wind turbines with PLA. I recommend brighter PLA up to 35°C air temperature. If it is warmer or if darker filament should be used, then use PETG or better ASA.
