Oral B Toothbrush Travel Case

4-29-2025 – I am uploading a new model v2.6 of this Oral B replaceable battery-operated toothbrush handle case. This case solves several problems - the lid now snaps together, the lid fits and stores under the base (when traveling the counter space is very limited), better fit of the battery-operated handle. This is only for the replaceable battery-operated model. The rechargeable battery model is listed as ‘BRAUN TOOTH BUSH TRAVEL CASE’. Also, someone requested I make an enclosed case for the rechargeable battery model which I made and is available under www.thingiverse.com/thing:4962696/files and is listed as the ‘oral B pro-2’ - I do not have this toothbrush and made this model from submitted dimensions.

If you have an Oral B Vitality handle (rechargeable battery) I have already made a travel case. It is a distinctive style that allows you to protect the head while charging but protect the important parts while traveling. See: Oral B Vitality Toothbrush Travel Case 

The above pictured travel case is for an Oral B replaceable battery-operated toothbrush. Oral B does not provide any such case and simply putting it in your travel bag could result in damage or contamination.

Why a battery toothbrush? When I travel there are limited electrical outlets for rechargeable toothbrushes, especially in the small bathrooms provided.

The brush heads are removed before placement in the case. There is provision for 2 brush heads. This toothbrush will work with all the Oral B toothbrush heads and all the heads will fit in this case.
