DJI RC Plus sma connector nut

This adapter housing came to life as urgent need to secure MCX socket in DJI RC Plus controller with 4Hawks Raptor antenna mounted. After 9 iterations is ready to share :)

!!! FOR LOOSE FIT NEEDS 0.05-0.1 mm X-Y HOLE COMPENSATION depending on printer used!!!

Prints well in PLA and PET-G (I used Fiberlogy)
No supports needed. Print in place with 0.4 mm nozzle. Best results with 0.07-0.15 mm layer hight. No skirt needed on pei with dimafix.
EDIT! : USE IRONING ON ALL TOP SURFACES CONCENTRIC TYPE TO ENSURE SPLIT INNER PART IN POSTPROCESSING

Postprocessing:
After print internal rotating part have to be gently but decisively punched through hole on the coax cable side (I use 5,5mm hex socket and punch it with screwdriver rubber handle).
If stringing appears use lighter torch with short impulses to burn those strings out. Watch out to not melt internal thin part
