I have been using these cheap "Whites 50 x 50 x 12mm Anti Vibration Squares" from hammerbarn (Bunnings) for a few months to help isolate the fan noise from my enclosure\desk, I just had my printer sitting on them but it was a pain when moving the printer, I found a heap of feet but nothing to match the 50x50 squares and I didn't want to cut them up.
With my prints these fit snug in the slots without needing to ram them in, they don't move on there own once in place.
Hopefully anyone else in Australia looking for a cheap option can find these helpful, the feet can be found at https://www.bunnings.com.au/whites-50-x-50-x-12mm-anti-vibration-squares-8-pack\_p3961977
Printer Brand:
Creality
Printer:
Ender 3 Pro
Rafts:No
Supports:
No
Resolution:0.2
Infill:
50%
Notes:
I printed 4 with Tree Supports in Cura, and 4 with no support, both came out the same, so even with PETGs less than spectacular bridging they print fine without support, but your millage may vary, print 1 to test your printer\material bridging capabilities.
You should be able to get away with less infill but I wanted mine solid and it was just some cheap PETGSquish the square into place, it is tight so they won't drop out, but not too tight. Fit may vary depending on the Manufactures tolerances but all 8 of mine where very consistent.
Take off the endcap from the 4040
Remove the stock feet if you have some (they are just stuck on for the Ender 3)
Slide the part into the bottom of the 4040
Re-install the endcap.
Fusion 360 - 2 or 3 Iterations before I was happy.
