Wolfcraft Countersink Hexagonal Shank Box and Stand

Box for Wolfcraft countersinks that protects them and acts as a display stand. Also very satisfying fidget toy.

The lid is kept shut indirectly by magnets. Countersinks can be displayed at 90° and 45° for easy access.

Printed in 3 pieces, snap together with little force.

If you want to use it for similar ¼'' Bits, dimensions of the biggest fitting countersink are pictured. The tip of the countersink holds the lid closed, so lenght has to be close to 35mm. Diameter should not exceed 13mm.

Printsettings:

4 Perimeters
Lid should be printed at 45°
I recomend PETG for the Box as it needs to flex a little during assambly

Hardware:

2x magnet D5 x 2
2x magnet D5 x 6 or D5 x 5 (or 5/6mm stack of D5 x X)
Superglue

Assambly:

Glue 2 Magnets D5x2 into the bottom of the box
Glue 2 Magnets D5x6 or D5x5 or stack of D5xX into side of countersink holder
The magnets in box and holder will face each other, make shure they attract one another!

Press holder with magnets facing inwards as well as the lid into box
