Hello :)

This is a little parametric Openscad file for making a conical lens hood which fits with friction. It should be especially useful for cameras with rotating front element (yes the Rolleicord in the picture is not a good example for this).

I was pretty conservative with the calculations and I used it myself so it shouldn't cause any vignetting.

There are STL files for a Rolleicord II, first version Triotar 3.5 lens and an Ikoflex II/III Tessar lens. You can also check out my account for lens caps for these models with a parametric file for making your own custom TLR lens cap. The Rolleicord hood has an added notch because there is a small metal part that would block it otherwise.

I am not a programmer nor a designer so the design and code might be a bit rough, sorry. Feel free to ask questions or to improve it.

It prints without support (except if you make a very wide hood), use black material and no special slicer settings should be necessary.
