This is the 2 Piece version of my One-Hand Clamp Mod which allows the use of Bessey EZM or Wolfcraft Pro M directly on your perforated grid plate Workbench. The “fixed” jaw slides on the clamps rail and allows the rail to be pushed into / below the Workbench.
This is only the 19.9 mm diameter version, which should fit most perforated grid plates.
The difference between Wolfcraft and Bessey is the position of the retaining hole and pin. The Bessey is 5mm longer which reduces the usable clamping distance by 5 mm.

A version without any screws can be found here: https://www.printables.com/model/774915-fast-and-screwless-bessey-and-wolfcraft-one-hand-c
Print settings:
8 Perimeters
50% Infill
Hardware:
1x Panhead screw M6x16 shortened to 14mm
1x Square Nut M6 (DIN 557)
You could try ¼'' equivalent, but i am uncertain it fits the hole in the Rail
Installation:
Usage:
The Workpiece (pressure point) has to be placed as far as possible away form the clamps rail due to how this type of clamp works mechanically. If the workpiece (pressure point) is to close to the Rail the Benchdog will simply slide out. To improve clamping, tilt the Clamps Rail away from the workpiece while tightening.
Uninstallation:
Notes:
The thickness of the workbench should not exceed 20mm
Commercial Benchdogs have an undercut below the flange to sit flush against the table. This would reduce the strenght of a printed part and therefor was not included. However, if the holes of your perforated grid plate are chamfered or rounded this is no problem.
.step-files are provided in case you need a different diameter or want to adapt to other clamps. If you do feel free to add a remix.
