A print in place hinge, 40mm x 7mm which at 0.2mm layer height prints perfectly every time on my Bambu P1S, resulting in lovely action.

To accompany it two locking/latching solutions.  One is based on a simple 3d printable corse screw pin.

The other uses a 3mm x 2mm magnet at the end of the pin and a small 2mm long M2 screw.  The screw goes into the bottom of the latch and the magnet at the end of the pin snaps it closed.  It can then be ejected by placing a strong magnet against the screw head - when the polarity of the magnets is reversed it will overcome the attraction to the screw and eject the pin, sometimes flying across the room
