Universal 1kg 2kg 3kg spool stand

Universal stand capable of holding all sorts of spools, that features:

• Holding up to ⌀270+mm x 105mm wide 3kg spools
• Widely available 608 bearings for stable heavy spools rolling
• Aluminum pipe as roller for long life
• 8mm honeycomb structure on all sides for stylish look, easy print and easy mount on anything, drawings attached
• Prints well in PETG with 0.6 nozzle at 0.4 layer

BOM:

• 608 bearing – x4
• ⌀8mm x 125mm aluminum pipe/rod – x2
  (or whatever you have, printed part may also work)
• Soft rubber/foam/silicone feet of your choise – x4

Assembly is pretty straightforward: 

1. insert aluminum pipe into 2 bearings
2. gently compress ends of pipe to slightly oval shape
3. press fit bearings flat to the end of the pipe
4. press that assembly into slots for bearings
5. repeat for second assembly
6. stick rubber feet to the corners
