I broke the plastic clip on my ADT slim window sensor when replacing the battery.  This small plastic clip prevented the case from closing and ADT said that I would have to buy a whole new sensor instead of just the shell.  This is an expensive and wasteful solution.

I had it glued shut for a while, but the battery needed replacing again, and I decided to make a more permanent solution instead of just reapplying the glue.

I took some scrap parts to bridge the tamper sensors with some bodge wires and added a metal tab to increase surface contact with the battery since tolerances have been increased from the stock version.  I am no expert at soldering, as the photos demonstrate, but my little $12 iron and about 15 minutes got the job done.

Two files are included.  You will need two plugs.  (One for each end.)  The plugs are press-fit in to each end without issue with my print settings, but you can always glue the bottom one in place if you are worried about it falling out or it if feels loose to you.

I printed this with Elegoo white on a Bambu Lab A1 with a 0.6 nozzle and 0.3 layer height.  The shell was printed with an outer brim upright, and the plugs were printed in the obvious fashion.

The final photo is of the sensor style that this replaces.
