I couldn't find a cool blow-dart gun I liked, so I designed one. Could probably make a better one out of some spare PVC pipe, but this is cool too.

The barrel of the blowgun is 13mm in diameter. The circular ends of the darts are also 13mm in diameter. The widest part of the large dart measures 12mm across.

Few Printing Tips:

Both parts of the barrel should have the threads pointing up when printing for the cleanest print.  I used a 5mm brim with a .5mm gap and had no issues. Printed at .2mm layer heights on a .4mm nozzle.

I printed the darts on their flat side with snug supports off of the build plate only. The cone end will print okay without supports. Printed at .2mm layer heights on .4mm nozzle. I used 100% infill for the darts for extra weight, which may not be necessary. If the darts are printed standing up, they are likely to break, and the tip may come out wonky.

Printed with Prusa Mk4 after running through PrusaSlicer. Also, I used PLA, but feel free to try other filaments and layer heights, as they may work better.

After Printing:

The two parts of the barrel may thread together a little tight the first time; if they get stuck part way through, unthread and rethread them until they are all the way together.

I found the darts work best if the section where the supports were is filed down. You should be able to have the dart sit in the cone without it falling through and still be able to shoot it. If you can't get it to shoot, try to file it down just a smidge more. Another option is to pull the dart back towards you just a little bit before shooting, and the momentum will force it through.

Usage Tips:

Personally, the small darts are my favorite as they tend to shoot straighter and easier. The large ones look cooler, though.

I recommend keeping both hands towards the blowing end of the gun to prevent accidentally bending it while shooting. Also, beware of shooting near drywall, as they will put holes in that as well. Not that I would know from experience :).

Have fun!
