A pointy version of Filament Guide Wheel (not inter-changeable). Probably not safe around other moving parts/wires.

When your filament guide isn't dangerous enough, put some spikes on it! Continuing in my effort to make everything METAL, spikes were added to the original file. Sadly I had to make them differently due to the screw cover. Yes, it's another spike to bring the total to 9! 150mm guide wheel. The guide hole will fit 1.75mm filament with smoothed edges for easy handling.

Needs one 1" 8-32 bolt and one fitting nut to assemble. These are commonly found at your local hardware store. Will work with a 25mm M4 bolt and fitting nut for those across the duck pond.

Made to be mounted on a 20 x 40 extruded aluminum frame. 5mm holes w/ 20mm spread. Or mounted with zip ties.  This base has two filament guide holes for flexibility of placement.

Mild sanding may be  required on larger side of the axel for a proper fit for the spike to the axel. This may depend on your printer.

Printed at 20% infill

Tree supports worked great. Used on all parts.

Show some love and hit that heart!
