Voron V0 Stealthier Handles

Unhappy with the existing handles for the V0 I made my own based on the rear upper clips for the side panels.

Key points:
  - unintrusive
  - fits the general aesthetics
  - reuses the nuts for the middle and rear upper panel clips
  - no/reduced twisting force on the upper Y-extrusions
  - bolts to an integral part of the frame (rear extrusion)

Replaces the upper middle and rear side panel clips.
Fits 3mm panels, print one as is and one mirrored.
