High performance rotors (for Pull-O-Copter)

These are optional parts for the Pull-O-Copter by Toastify. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2428046

Parts:

• 3-bladed 150mm diameter propeller
• 5-bladed 150mm diameter propeller

Blade sections:

• NACA 2416 @ the blade root
• NACA 2424 @ the blade tip

Blade pitch is 125mm/rev

Print instructions

Print with supports on the bed.

The blades are quite thin, so the number of perimeters, top and bottom layers are more influential than infill percentage. I just used the defaults for these:

• Perimeters: 2
• Top Layers: 4
• Bottom Layers: 3

I've only had chance to print these in ASA.

I'm interested to know how well they print in other materials.
