Cosplay Calipers (mod)

Need these for an upcoming build for a friend, and found Uncle_Jessy Youtube post (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OM5hwTrVnRU) although I could have printed diagonally I want to print the Calipers in one.

I also redesigned the centre pin as I wanted to add a little pressure so the calipers stayed in place once set.

The arms were printed at 0.20 and the Nut and Screw at 0.12, also I find the tolerances in Fusions screws a little tight so I reduced the size of the screw by 1.5% of Original in the slicer.

Once Printed I used the CA and baking soda to reinforce the split joint then sanded it all flat.

How I Designed This

Imported SVG file from Uncle_Jessy in to Fusion 360, sketched out the cut line, words were in the way so removed them, then split the caliper in two.
