There are two variants of the case bottom, depending on the type/size of Wemos D1 you will use. Use the D1 Mini Pro version if your Wemos D1 is the larger type (with battery connector), and choose the D1 Mini version if your Wemos D1 is the smaller typer without battery connector.
There are also two variants of the case top, with or without a hole/mount for a button.

Note! First layer must be printed at less than 0.20 mm, I recommend 0.15 mm. This is to make sure there will be a single layer printed in the display area, which will work as a diffuser which will hide the display and slightly diffuse the led's. I also recommend printing in a light color.
