My previous clamps were based on another design, they work great when you have smaller boards, but with larger boards I needed a bit of a change to prevent movement and flexing of the copper board.

The clamps hold it in place and the middle braces are to prevent the flexing which in turn allows for successful milling. The middle braces are obviously sacrificial parts and you can reprint them as needed. Test it with your CNC and make changes as needed with the included CAD file.

The alignment pins go into the reference square clamp, but readjustment will still be needed.

The knobs use a M5 x 25 mm hex bolt with M5 Square T-Nuts to secure everything in place. The reference square clamp holes are designed for a 15180 extrusion profile so tweaks to the file might be needed if your extrusion profile is something else.
