Ender 3 V2 Neo Noctua Naked Fan Holder (NF-A4x20)

Remix of an existing naked fan mount with a couple tweaks to improve fit. Press fit to put the fan into the fan and press fit to add the mount to the hot end, no tools required.

Changed the side of the notch for the wires to match where they are on the Noctua Fan

Added a cutaway for the lower nut on the part cooling fan mount
