GPU Clamp and Bracket Spacers

This is a clamp for the gpu bracket on the Big Boy ITX case, can use an m4 threaded insert or just a washer and a nut to lock it in place. Also added some 10mm spacers that you can use to squeeze another 10mm gpu length out of the case, totaling 320mm gcard limit. Printed in clear PETG.
