Spring Clamp Organizer for LUX Leimklemmen 25mm classic

Case for easy access to your LUX Leimklemmen 25mm (spring clamps). Has space for up to 33 clamps.

Step file for base clamp container is included for ease of remixing.

Note for small printers: The side panels are designed to be easy to manufacture from wood (You may want to exchange screws for countersunk types – length will depend on chosen wood thickness). dxf files are included.

Note regarding latch: Side panels are designed to take a latch i got from amazon to connect two such cases with each other. This allows easier transport of two cases at once and is completely optional.

• 16x ISO7380 M3x6mm (Top panel mount can alternatively use longer screws)
• 16x Threaded insert M3x3mm (Top panel can alternatively use 4x M3x5.7mm inserts)
• Optional 4x Threaded insert M2x3mm
• Optional 4x DIN7985 M2x4mm screws
• Optional 2x Amazon no-name Latch 

Printing:

I printed all parts from PLA with 0.4mm nozzle. All components are optimized for line width of 0.4mm. I did not need support, but I let the slicer add automatic brimm.
