Bunch of extra parts for displaying the cars tilted forward a bit.
They aren't easy to print - the slight tilt results in very shallow angles for the printer. I got quite a few strings under the lip at the front, and I had to run a deburring tool around all the connecting edges to make sure things fit, but it turned out OK.
I also made some clips to take 3M adhesive to ‘stick’ the whole thing to the shelf so it doesn't topple when my 4 year old takes the cars down.
And there's some spacers I ended up making to compensate for the inaccuracies in 3d printing, as the whole shelf was slightly tilted forward due to the ‘steps’ in the shallow faces of the connecting edges. These can be adjusted in the z axis to compensate for whatever lean you end up with. I just glued them onto the legs after test fitting.
The author remixed this model.
Modified the main stand platform connections so the cars are tilted forward a bit
Added a lip at the front to stop them rolling off
Added posts of different heights as the sloped stands require different spacing front and rear
