T8 led tube bracket 45 tilt

Loved the bracket for my LED light bar by tinicuro, but needed it to be at an angle. I can't mount to my ceiling where I need the lights, so I angled it down at 45 to allow for the most light possible to make it to my workspace. I don't need to light up the ceiling after all. 

Just took the clip portion of the bracket, and then altered it to be at a 45 degree angle for the light. Included an additional alteration in a separate file for a flat mounting hole
