Wall Mount PTFE PC4 Holder

PTFE Wall Mount to accommodate PC4 fittings and PTFE tubing for wall mounted spool holders on a PrusaXL. This holder is meant to be easily mounted and included versions for both PC4-M6 and PC4-M10. THe M10 version has a cap on the back to smoothly direct filament and prevent PTFE from pulling all the way through the block.

Print at 0.2 layer height, 15% infil. I used used PETG for durability and lower resistance to filament. If you're using PLA, I'd recommend 3 perimeters for the screw holes.

You may also have to open up the through holes for the mounting screws a bit with a drill bit. This is by design to ensure a snug fit and adequate material for screw purchase.

Started from scratch in CAD but used DrewO's design as a basis to start from. 

Screw holes moved to the edges and designed to accommodate Bore-fast screws so a separate wall anchor in drywall is not necessary (see picture). Included are designs for both PC4-M6 and PC4-M10. Both versions have a smooth transition to the bottom of the PC4 which provides a cap to prevent PTFE from pulling all the way through the block on the M10 version.
