Fixed Filament Buffer Wheel
The original model for the buffer wheel has a lot of issues, so I recreated it to fix those.

PDFChanges include:
- Much cleaner mesh
- Less steep overhang at the groove ledge (I didn't manage to print the original well)
- Shorter bearing slot to help with alignment
- Chamfered lip to help with printability
