WreckLab PrintHatv2 RPI3 remix

Ok so I've purchased a PrintHat v2, but I wanted it to run with a Pi3, instead of a Pi4, so I just remixed slightly the case to fit the Pi3 instead of the Pi4.

Edit 2020/08/22 : changed the screw holes on the fan mount (they were to big on the original design).
