0.2-.3mm, 5% infill, PETG, but you can use whatever filament you would like. Fit like a glove. Glued to foam with foam safe CA. Slight friction fit on front of EDF. Used a small amount of glue to install EDF. It is stout so can probably lighten it up a bit. Weight is about 30 grams. Also included is a thrust tube you can glue to back of motor mount. It is 100% FSA and about 14 grams. But not needed with the thrust to weight ratio of this setup. (Due to these being notoriously tail heavy no matter the setup I did not use thrust tube). My setup uses two 9 gram servos, 3S 1,500 mAh li-po, 50A speed controller. Flying weight was 440 grams but needed to add weight to the nose so 496 grams. Went to a longer thinner 2200 3S after a couple flights to remove added weight. It is balanced well now at 520 grams and slows down nicely still. Flies great! Cruises around at ⅓ throttle. Ensure that the EDF does not fit too tight into the mount as could cause plade to make contact with duct.
